As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word, or LaTex document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 9-point font; and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Advances in Mobile Learning Educational Research (AMLER) (eISSN: 2737-5676) publishes original and novel research on multidisciplinary journal that publishes research articles, reviews, case reports/studies, communications, commentaries and perspectives, editorials on the development of the related research.

Research article: It should provide significant new information gathered during the research, report on novel and well-designed research, and present complete findings.

Review: It does not cover the original research, but accumulates the results of many different articles on a specific topic into a coherent narrative of the latest technology in the field.

Case study: An intensive, systematic investigation of a single individual, group, community or some other unit in which the researcher examines in-depth data relating to several variables.

Case report: It is a detailed and descriptive record on a single individual or specific group.

Communication: It is a brief article that generally has significant value of high impact, with research that demonstrates significance, timeliness, or novelty of unusual value and impact. If the authors have time-sensitive research on hand, but not enough to refine into a research article, it is appropriate to write a communication article for early publication.

Commentary: It calls attention to or criticize a published paper, book, or report. They are usually very short, and an expert in the field is often invited to express his/her views and opinions on a particular treatise.

Perspective: It provides a perspective on a topic of current interest and future directions, and is intended to stimulate ideas on topics of interest to readers engaged in scientific research. They are usually short and critical.

Editorial:It is generally submitted by members of the Editorial Board or staff expressing opinions about recent developments in the journal or about a particular issue, but also including editorial management or policies.


AMLER only accepts online submission. Authors using online submission system for the first time should register for username and password.
